Hsing Yuan Chen's holistic approach to architectural design and urban development is cultivated from his rich academic and professional background. Originating from Taiwan, Hsing pursued his Bachelor of Architecture at Chung Yuan Christian University before advancing to Columbia University, New York, where he secured a Master of Science Degree in Architecture and Urban Design.

As a seasoned architect registered in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and with the distinction of being a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional, Hsing has made significant contributions to the architectural landscapes of both major cities. His journey began with renowned firms such as TEK ARCHITECTS and HANDEL ARCHITECTS in New York and quickly transitioned to pivotal roles at VARENHORST and BLT ARCHITECTS in Philadelphia. From 2019-2023, as the Partner of SKY DESIGN STUDIO PC, Hsing showcased his leadership skills and architectural vision. With keen analytical insight, comprehensive knowledge of design, and expertise in construction methods, Hsing consistently delivers pioneering yet pragmatic architectural solutions that surpass client expectations.
